1. Who we sell to

Orders are accepted only from qualified research accounts: laboratories, universities, and companies purchasing for in-vitro research. By ordering you confirm you are authorised to receive research-use compounds in your jurisdiction.

2. Research use only

Every product listed is sold strictly for laboratory research. Nothing on this site is a drug, food, cosmetic, or medical device. Products are not for human or veterinary administration and have not been evaluated by any medicines agency.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and taxes, which are added at checkout. Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST; US sales tax is assessed at the destination where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the moment of ordering is the one that applies.

4. Lots and certificates

Products are sold by lot. The certificate of analysis published against a lot describes that lot only and is never extrapolated to other lots, sizes, or products. Where a lot sells out, its report remains published.

5. Shipping

Stocked lots dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Made-to-order references take 10 to 15 business days. Orders ship from Spain via FedEx Express Premium, tracked, in 24 to 72 hours, insulated with a cold-pack. We deliver to the United States and Canada. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.

6. Returns

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened vials cannot be returned. A shipment that arrives damaged, or that does not match its certificate of analysis, is replaced or refunded in full — tell us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Liability

You are responsible for handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with the safety rules of your institution and jurisdiction. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
